San Andrés Cholula, Puebla. San Andrés Cholula vuelve a ser escenario de robos de vehículos y autopartes. En las últimas horas se registraron dos casos en plazas comerciales del municipio, lo que refleja que la incidencia delictiva no disminuye, sino que sigue en aumento.
En Plaza Palmas, delincuentes rompieron el vidrio de una camioneta y se llevaron las cuatro llantas, dejando el vehículo completamente inservible. De igual manera, en Plaza Galla, una camioneta fue encontrada sobre tabiques tras el robo de dos de sus llantas. El hecho ocurrió en la noche, cuando la unidad permanecía estacionada y al regresar, los dueños descubrieron el despojo de las piezas.
Ambos casos fueron difundidos en redes sociales por los propios afectados, generando indignación entre vecinos y usuarios, quienes exigieron a las autoridades municipales reforzar la vigilancia en estas zonas comerciales. De acuerdo con cifras oficiales, el robo de autos en San Andrés Cholula se duplicó en un mes. En julio se registraron 13 denuncias, mientras que en agosto la cifra ascendió a 26, de las cuales 7 fueron con violencia, lo que representa un incremento del 133%.
En lo que va de 2025, el municipio gobernado por la edil Lupita Cuautle ya acumula 172 denuncias por robo de vehículo. Hasta el momento, no se ha informado si la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública y Protección Ciudadana de San Andrés Cholula ha implementado operativos para dar con los responsables.
