Cholula, Puebla. La mañana de este miércoles 17 de septiembre se registró un fuerte incendio en un tiradero irregular de residuos en la junta auxiliar de San Juan Tlautla lo que provocó una gran movilización de cuerpos de emergencia.
De acuerdo a un comunicado emitido por el Ayuntamiento de San Pedro Cholula, las llamas se originaron en un sitio clandestino de basura ubicado en campos de la localidad, generando una gran columna de humo que pudo observarse desde varios kilómetros de distancia y que fue reportada por usuarios en redes sociales.
Al lugar acudieron unidades de Bomberos y Protección Civil de San Pedro Cholula, quienes trabajan coordinadamente con corporaciones de municipios vecinos, el SOSAPACH y pipas privadas para sofocar el fuego. Las autoridades informaron que la emergencia se mantuvo bajo control.
Asimismo, las autoridades municipales aseguraron que no existía riesgo para viviendas ni personas cercanas; sin embargo, exhortaron a la población a no acercarse a la zona del incendio por lo que el Ayuntamiento reiteró que mantendrá informada a la ciudadanía sobre la evolución del siniestro.
