La Serie Mundial 2025 está definida, Los Angeles Dodgers buscarán el bicampeonato frente a los Toronto Blue Jays, quienes regresan al “Clásico de Otoño” por primera vez desde 1993., la gran cita del beisbol iniciará el viernes 24 de octubre en el Rogers Centre de Toronto.
El segundo juego también se disputará en Canadá el sábado 25, mientras que los encuentros tres, cuatro y cinco de ser necesario se jugarán en el Dodger Stadium de Los Ángeles los días 27, 28 y 29 de octubre, en caso de que la serie se extienda a seis o siete partidos, el Rogers Centre volverá a ser sede el 31 de octubre y el 1 de noviembre.
Los Dodgers llegan como campeones de la Liga Nacional tras barrer 4-0 a los Milwaukee Brewers, mientras que Toronto logró imponerse 4-3 en una intensa Serie de Campeonato de la Liga Americana, ambos equipos fueron líderes de sus divisiones durante la temporada regular.
Con Shohei Ohtani al frente del conjunto angelino y un sólido roster canadiense dispuesto a frenar su poder ofensivo, la Serie Mundial promete ser una de las más atractivas de los últimos años.
